JERIN P JOSE is an accomplished Civil Engineer and Interior Designer with a rich background in architecture, construction management, and design innovation. He brings together technical expertise and creative vision to deliver high-quality design and construction solutions across residential and commercial sectors in India and the UAE. A graduate of Jyothi Engineering College (2019) with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Jerin began his career managing diverse construction projects across Kerala, gaining hands-on experience in project management, site supervision, and structural planning. Over three years, he successfully handled multiple residential and commercial developments, while also working as a freelance designer. During this period, he also acquired his professional license, marking a major milestone in his career. Seeking broader exposure, Jerin moved to Dubai, where he worked as an Interior Designer with several reputed firms. Collaborating with international brands, he contributed to innovative interior and exterior design solutions for both commercial and residential projects. His work in Dubai refined his design sensibility, blending global aesthetics with functional design principles. With a vision to bring world-class design expertise back home, Jerin founded Inaura Design, an interior design studio operating in both Kerala and the UAE. Under his leadership, Inaura Design focuses on creating modern, sustainable, and client-focused spaces that combine artistic creativity with technical excellence. Er. NEHA JOSHY DRAWTECH CONSTRUCTIONS TOWN PLANNER/ENGINEER
NEHA JOSHY Founder and Managing Director of DrawTech Constructions, is a dynamic professional with a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in urban planning, sustainable design, and construction management. After earning a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Vidhya Engineering College in 2022, Neha Joshy pursued a master's degree in Town Planning from the prestigious Government Engineering College, Thrissur, graduating in 2024. His academic journey reflects a deep commitment to integrating engineering precision with sustainable urban development principles. She received her chartered engineer license and town planner and licence later. During his postgraduate studies, he made a notable contribution to the "Life Cycle Assessment of Municipal Solid Waste Management for the Combatore City Municipal Corporation Area." As the visionary behind DrawTech Constructions, Neha Joshy has successfully led and executed numerous commercial and residential projects, overseeing every phase from conceptual planning to on-site execution. His expertise spans project management, structural planning, town development, and sustainable construction strategies. Vith a passion for solid waste management, urban sustainability, and innovative afrastructure design, he continues to drive DrawTech Constructions toward delivering co-conscious, efficient, and future-ready developments that enhance urban living andards.
